Designing
I.D. Solutions offers complete design services. From
concept to pre press our design team works hand in hand
will the clients to create the finest designs.
Card Manufacturing
The production phases cover lamination,, implanting.
Testing on card bending/torsion and electronically and
functional performance are also mandatory. A highly
secured personalization area guarantees the sensitive
information cannot be disclosed to any unauthorized
person.
The management team and the employees are all
professionally trained. A high quality control standard is
implemented over the full production period. Strict and
extensive security control system is employed in a safe
manufacturing environment.
The production line is equipped with the state-of-the-art
machineries and test equipment.
To make ready for lamination the finished printed sheets
and overlays are collated and fixed together into what is
commonly referred to as a sandwich, the make up of the
sandwich depends on the type of card.
ie, thin card, std ISO, bag tag, semi 3D effect, or even
transparent.
LAMINATION
The lamination process takes place in a large hydraulic
press, and is a finite formula of temperature, pressure
and time, each type of card has its own finely tuned
formula.
Each sandwich is placed between steel plates and stacked
into a tray (number sandwiches per tray = type of card),
each tray is then placed in a daylight between the heating
and cooling platens of the laminating press. These
sandwich trays in each of the daylights are then subjected
to the correct formula to fuse and laminate together.
At the end of the lamination cycle the cooled trays are
removed from the daylights and the now laminated
sandwiches are separated from between the plates.
Different types of plates can be used to obtain different
grades of finish for the card
GLOSS - polished finish used for magnetic tape cards
SILK - semi gloss finish recommended for photo imaging and
pictorial cards
SATIN - matt finish highly recommended for dark colored
cards and pictorials.
Personalization
Our personalization services are technology driven using
the industry's most sophisticated machinery ranging from
embossing indent machines to thermal printers.
Packaging/Mail Dispatch
We Clear wrap all cards in individual pouches we can also
affix cards to creatively designed carriers which adds to
the aesthetic value of the card. We have multiple
packaging options.
